Alexandra Rocca is a French national and an expert in corporate and marketing communications. Throughout her career, she has managed communications for major international groups listed on the CAC 40 index and operated in a wide variety of sectors (retail, industry, banking, healthcare). She has been Senior Vice President of Communications for Galeries Lafayette, Air Liquide, Crédit Agricole SA, Lafarge and Sanofi. In addition to her career as SVP Communications, Alexandra has been a director of listed companies for the past ten years and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the real estate company SFL and the Chargeurs group. Previously she was a member of the Etam Supervisory Board. Beginning in 2023, she established her own communications consulting business. Alexandra graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (H.E.C) and the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a degree in modern literature. She is also a Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur.

In 2008, he facilitated the merger forming  Royal FrieslandCampina, leading it for nearly eight years before becoming Carlsberg's CEO until 2023. Post-retirement, Cees 't serves as Chairman at Randstad and director at Mondelez. Beyond his corporate engagements,  he acts as chairman of the Board of Trustees at SOS Children's Villages Netherlands and is a Board member  of Het Concertgebouw Fonds. His previous non-executive roles include being the Chairman of KLM and a Board member of Air France-KLM. Cees 't has been awarded the  title of Officer of the Order of Orange-Nassau in the Netherlands and Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur  in France.

Prior to these roles, Jeroen demonstrated his versatile leadership as CEO of NPM Capital and NIBC Bank. His expertise spans multiple industries, with Signify specialising in lighting solutions and Ebusco focusing on electric vehicle manufacturing. He is also an advisor to the TSD Group and serves on the board of the Voorlinden Endowment Foundation. His commitments showcase his broad knowledge in finance, technology, and corporate governance.
