Anuj Dahiya is a Senior Partner and Executive Board member with a strong background in banking, strategy, and analytics. Currently, he leads our operational delivery with multidisciplinary teams across different clients and industries. He lives in Amsterdam with his wife and two kids. His interests include skiing, travelling and fitness.

Louis is a seasoned IT and data expert with more than 20 years of experience in designing innovative digital solutions that transform the way companies operate and engage with their clients. He started his career in capital markets, leading for more than 17 years teams in charge of front-office software for equity derivatives research, sales and trading business lines. He then founded a technology company, leading the solution design and development, as well as the data analytics and science capabilities. Louis is an artist, with regular exhibits and collaborations.

Louis de Cointet

Marcello, a seasoned data and analytics expert, has over a decade of experience in data mining, modelling, and digital transformation consulting. Specialising in digital intelligence, he recently delved into generative artificial intelligence. With an academic and professional background in astrophysics and cosmology, Marcello excels in simplifying complex data concepts. At Metyis, he shapes a data-driven culture as a Learning & Development instructor at the Metyis Academy, while also collaborating with leadership to deliver innovative digital solutions. Marcello is a father of two, enjoys books, museum visits, guitar, and exploring global cuisines and boutique Italian wines.
