With extensive experience in strategy and digital consulting, as well as a solid background in commercial and general management within leading FMCG businesses, Stijn combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of execution and transformation. As a business leader and boardroom advisor, Stijn has seen firsthand that strategy without execution is a fruitless endeavour. He believes in the transformative power of data and technology, but also understands that sustainable change requires people within an organisation to adapt and align their behaviour with new approaches. Outside of work, Stijn is a proud father of two, with a love for nature, skiing, and going out with friends. He also enjoys reading and making music, staying well-rounded both professionally and personally.

With fifteen years of experience, Francesca specialises in revenue development and management of digital channels for the Fashion industry. Prior to joining Metyis, she was responsible for the development of distribution channels – including wholesale, franchising, and digital – across the UK, Europe, Middle East, India and LATM. As a digital leader, she establishes regional digital business hubs and implements trading and optimisation strategies tailored to the specific business goals of each market. As a bridge builder, she navigates complex, cross-cultural environments and helps develop of agile team structures. Francesca enjoys discovering new countries, cultures, and local cuisine, and spending time with friends and family.
