Namrata Singh is an HR leader with vast experience in designing and delivering Human Capital solutions across Industries focusing on HR Strategy & Analytics, organisational restructuring and operating model, workforce optimisation, transformation and change management. She is the lead partner of the HR Solutions practice in the Netherlands. Along with being a movie buff, she is also an art aficionado and collector and enjoys rummaging for local artworks during her travels.

Namrata Singh

Keshav Chawla is a technology and business consultant with 17 years of expertise implementing and improving cutting-edge enterprise solutions. As a TOGAF-certified engineer, Keshav became a technology developer and transitioned to be a seasoned tech architect, mainly in the area of eCommerce. He contributed to the development of some of the most complex omnichannel platforms for several frontrunners in the digital commerce, hardware, and software industry. In 2018, Keshav joined Metyis in India, establishing and scaling our omnichannel global delivery and capability teams while delivering client work via thought leadership. Keshav is an avid cricket fan, interested in electronic gadgets and exploring upcoming innovative technology trends. 

Keshav Chawla

Louis is a seasoned IT and data expert with more than 20 years of experience in designing innovative digital solutions that transform the way companies operate and engage with their clients. He started his career in capital markets, leading for more than 17 years teams in charge of front-office software for equity derivatives research, sales and trading business lines. He then founded a technology company, leading the solution design and development, as well as the data analytics and science capabilities. Louis is an artist, with regular exhibits and collaborations.

Louis de Cointet

André Covas is a multidisciplinary designer and art director with over 15 years of experience in user interface and user experience design, design strategy, branding and corporate image, editorial and graphic design. He is a Director at Metyis, leading the company’s Design practice and a User Interface Design teacher. André is also a father, an active visual artist and musician in solo and collaborative projects. Since joining Metyis in 2020, André has contributed to establish and expand the Marketing & Design capability while shaping the Metyis brand from its inception. As Portugal Campus Lead, he currently plays a key role in driving the success of the Portuguese practice, promoting collaboration across teams, and ensuring the Campus thrives as a hub of innovation, talent, and excellence.
